By submitting a work order, estimate form, or signing an authorization in person, you grant Apex Auto Collision permission to:
Inspect your vehicle
Perform agreed-upon repairs
Order parts
Operate or test-drive your vehicle as needed
Communicate with your insurance provider on your behalf
No repairs will begin without customer or insurance approval.
We work with all major insurance providers.
You are responsible for providing accurate insurance information.
Any deductibles, non-covered items, or out-of-pocket costs must be paid by the customer.
Final approval of coverage is determined solely by the insurance company.
Customers must pick up vehicles within 3 business days after repairs are completed unless other arrangements are made.
If a vehicle is not picked up within a reasonable timeframe, daily storage fees may apply.
A valid ID and payment in full (or insurance confirmation) are required before releasing the vehicle.
We use OEM or high-quality aftermarket parts based on customer request and/or insurance approval.
Manufacturer warranties apply to certain parts; labor warranties may vary depending on the repair.
Apex Auto Collision is not responsible for defects in third-party parts.
When you submit photos or information through our site:
You grant us permission to use those images strictly for estimate and repair-related purposes.
We do not share your photos publicly or with unrelated third parties.
Payment is due upon completion of repairs.
We accept major payment methods (cash, card, insurance payments, etc.).
Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.
Failure to pay may result in the vehicle being held until the balance is resolved (mechanic’s lien rights as allowed by law).
All logos, text, images, and content on the website belong to Apex Auto Collision.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.
You may not attempt to interfere with or disrupt website functionality.
Apex Auto Collision is not liable for:
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions
Mechanical failure unrelated to the repair
Delays caused by part shortages, insurance processing, or weather
Loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle
Maximum liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
All repair timelines are estimates and may vary.
Online estimates based on photos may change after in-person inspection.
We do not guarantee coverage decisions made by your insurance provider.
While we take great care handling your vehicle, certain repairs may be affected by prior work done elsewhere.
